First Years Maternal Health is considered an out-of-network provider. We have made this decision because we want to be able to provide the best care possible, without the restrictions set by being in-network with various insurance companies. We have set our individual rates for evaluation and treatment so that they are comparable to what your co-pay would be, sometimes even cheaper depending on what type of insurance plan you have!

That being said, we are able to provide you with a superbill to give your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We also happy to call your insurance company to determine out-of-network benefits if you wish.
